We have on occasion been known to go the extra mile to keep our customers happy. That is, when we have spotted the problem on the roof we then videod it (via mobile phone) to show to our customer who didn't want to climb up on to the roof themselves. They then had comfort in the knowledge that we knew what we were doing and also that they have seen the exact work that we were going to do. We find that this approach builds trust between us and shows our customers that we do not carry out unnecessary additional work.
